- Gain an understanding of the typical/right career path for Product Leaders.
- Clarify terminology (“Product Owner” vs. “Product Manager,” etc.).
- Define relevant skill sets.
- Learn from real-world simulating role plays.
- Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the participants.
- Provide a forum for exchange between the participants – also post-training
- Come to the right decision for the personal situation
